Renvoro Forms is an evaluation build and is not offered as an operating production service.
Permitted use
Use endpoints only for websites and recipients you control or are authorised to manage. You must provide appropriate notices and obtain any required consent from form senders.
Prohibited use
No spam, phishing, unlawful surveillance, credential collection, payment-card data, health data, malware, abusive traffic, or attempts to bypass form, origin, rate, quota, or account controls. Attachments and arbitrary webhook destinations are not supported.
Delivery language
“Captured” means the encrypted submission and its delivery record were persisted. “Provider accepted” means the configured provider accepted a request. Neither state proves inbox delivery. Final delivered, bounced, and unconfirmed states depend on verified provider events.
Availability and liability
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service is supplied without a production SLA. Internet, hosting, database, email, DNS, recipient, and third-party failures remain possible. Customers should maintain appropriate business-continuity processes and review captured enquiries.
Billing and cancellation
Displayed prices use AUD. Checkout, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax treatment must match the owner-approved billing configuration and customer terms. Questions can be sent to support@demo.invalid.
