What Renvoro Forms does—and does not do.
What is Renvoro Forms?
Renvoro Forms is a form-capture service for web agencies. It saves accepted text enquiries in an agency workspace and returns a reference before any email notification is attempted.
Does it work with my existing form?
The workspace gives you a complete generated form snippet. Paste it into the client page, then style it to match the site. A one-line adapter for any existing form is not available yet. The snippet includes inline JavaScript, so sites with a strict Content Security Policy need an allowed script configuration.
Does “captured” mean the email reached an inbox?
No. Captured means the encrypted record and delivery row were saved. Provider acceptance confirms only provider HTTP acceptance. Delivered and bounced require verified provider webhooks; those webhooks are not live.
Why are files and custom webhooks disabled?
They add malware, storage, privacy, and SSRF risk. A narrow text-only service keeps operating scope bounded.
Is recurring delivery live?
Intake, references, and retry scheduling are implemented. Outbound email is not called live until the owner connects a verified provider and sender domain and deployment readback passes.
